Eligibility & Product Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in pristine condition. It should include all price tags, labels, packing, barcodes, and the invoice copy.
Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges
• You can exchange or return items within 2 days of receiving your order. Items must be marked as eligible for exchange and return on the product page. Please notify us within 2 days of delivery by contacting our customer service team at 7665000989 or email us at orders@suramyashop.com
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will process a refund instead.
Exchange & Return Process
1. Request: Contact us via email at orders@suramyashop.com or phone/WhatsApp at 7665000989 to start the process.
2. Pickup: We will arrange a pickup from your address within 48 hours.
3. Packaging: Please reuse the original packaging.
4. Processing: Once we receive and verify the item, we'll process your exchange or return within 10-15 days.
Refund Policy
• Store Credit: Returns are refunded as store credit, which is valid for 90 days.
• Free Exchange: The first exchange for size or a different product is free. Subsequent exchanges will incur a non-refundable shipping fee of Rs 200
• Exclusions: Shipping fees and gift services are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be returned for their cash value.
Sale or Discount Policy
• Size Exchanges Only: Discounted items are eligible for size exchanges with a Rs 250 return shipping fee, provided the size is available.
• No Returns: We cannot accept returns on discounted or sale items, including those purchased with promotional codes.
Cancellation Policy
• Timing: You can cancel your order within 12 hours for a store credit.
• After 12 Hours: We are unable to process cancellations after this time.
Non-Returnable
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect or discrepancy in the description. These include made to order products and products with 50% off or more.
International Returns Policy
Please note that we do not provide pick-up services for international returns. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange and bear the cost of return shipping as per Suramya policy. For international orders, customs duty may be applicable. Please be aware that duty charges will not be refunded in case of returns. We kindly request you to consider this before placing an international order. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by our stringent international policies.
