Return Exchange Policy

Suramya is committed to make your shopping experience hassle free and convenient.Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

  • Suramya offers easy 7-day exchange. According to our company policy, shipping is free on purchase of the product but not on returns. We will not be able to offer exchanges after a period of 7 days upon the delivery of your product.
  • As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. Once the pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met) for the product of the same value or higher. Customer will be issued a credit note, in case the desired size of the product is not in stock.
  • If the product is not from sale section & eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at orders@suramyashop.com  within 2 working days or 48 working hours of delivery to request an exchange.
  • If you would like to exchange/return your products with different size(s) and/or if you have received damaged/incorrect products, please contact Customer Service at +91-7665000989 or mail at orders@suramyashop.com along with your order details, requirements. You just have to send us an email with the specific problems or an image highlighting the defect/damage within 48 hours of order delivery.
  • Kindly do not send back an item without consulting with us. It is very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us as we wont be able to offer any credit or replacement, which has not been verified with us. Always report any and all problems associated with the item you wish to return. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem as all returned items are examined for defects / variations.
  • Once acknowledged by our team during next working day, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pickup facility.
  • Suramya will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
  • Please ensure your item(s) must be unused and with the tags intact. Once we receive the products, our inspection team will thoroughly check the product(s) and in case of an exchange the new product will be shipped within 7 days.
  • Any items for return/exchange shall be shipped to us at your expense to the following address:
D-138 Basant Marg, Bani Park, Jaipur-302016 - Rajasthan.
    • Products that are on sale or discounted, or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refund or exchange. Please go through the size chart carefully for on-sale products.
    • There are some items that are Made to order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for such product is clearly mentioned on the product page. 
    Q&A:
    • How will I receive the credit for my money when desired size of the exchange product is not available?

    The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in next 30 days on the Suramya website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.

    • Can I exchange a part of my order?

    Yes. You can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange within 7 days. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.

    • Why my exchange/return is not accepted?

    We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

    Cancellations:

    For a cancellation order placed, you will be accredited with full refund through online mode of payment. Cancellation requests will be accepted before the dispatch of the merchandise only, the deadline for which is 1700 IST, within 24 hours of placing your order. The refund shall be processed within 15 days of request and will also depend on the issuing Bank's policy.

    You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of order. Please call us on +91-7665000989 or write to us at orders@suramyashop.com  to request a cancellation.

    The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept company decision regarding the cancellation.
